Support others

Do you know someone who is trying to change a behaviour or develop new habits. For example, your partner is trying to stop unhealthy snacking. Make the effort to support them in their mission and help them uphold their plan when times get difficult. Friends and family can unwittingly sabotage their loved one's plans, allowing them to break their rules (eg. no chocolate), rather than questioning their actions. So instead, remind them of their goal and how they will regret their behaviour.
