Live Counselling

Text Counselling

Text counselling refers to online counselling which uses typed text to communicate. Users take it in turns to type. It follows the same format as windows live messenger, yahoo messenger and other similar programs. You do not need access to a microphone or webcam. People who prefer the written word to communicate may suit text counselling.

Voice Counselling

Voice counselling is online counselling where client and counsellor can talk over the internet. Using a microphone, a conversation takes place similar to that of a telephone call. This format may be of interest to those people who want to talk through their problems with a counsellor, but do not have access to a webcam.

Video Counselling

Video counselling is online counselling where client and counsellor use a webcam to communicate. This counselling type comes closest to a face to face counselling experience. Video counselling may be best suited to those people who would prefer to see and hear their counsellor and has access to a webcam and microphone.

The Problem Page

The Problem Page is a secure page where users submit their problems and concerns. You will then receive a personalised response back. This is regarded as a single session. You can write as much as you like and can save what you have written. The Problem Page may suit you if you want a secure alternative to email counselling.
